If a product fails because of a manufacturing defect, we handle the warranty claim with the supplier and replace the material at no cost to you. We don’t lock you into proprietary products you can’t verify.

We don’t cover damage from events after we leave: roof leaks, new rodent intrusion, remodeling that disturbs our work, or changes to your HVAC system that alter airflow patterns. We don’t cover manufacturer defects that the supplier warranties separately, though we’ll file that claim for you. And we don’t cover work we didn’t do. If another contractor sealed your attic before us and missed a penetration, that’s documented in our initial inspection photos and noted in your written scope as pre-existing.

Each manufacturer carries its own product warranty, typically 10 years to lifetime depending on material type, and we register that warranty in your name when applicable. Check your Documented Photo Record. Every job includes dated, geotagged photos of the attic before, during, and after. Look for the orange foam around top plates, the metal tape on can light housings, the sealed attic hatch. Then check your blower-door reading. If the number didn’t drop, we didn’t leave.
